Due to the extreme winter weather conditions, today’s Public Art Reception has been RESCHEDULED to Monday, March 11 from 5-8PM. We’d appreciate it if you could spread the word among your networks, AND, please mark this new date and JOIN US — it will still be held at Lowell City Hall, 375 Merrimack Street, right in the lobby of the building.
